Vintage 14K Gold Swiss Blue Topaz & Diamond Large Chunky Cocktail Ring. The ring is in excellent estate condition and ready to wear. It is set with a large approximately 18 carat Swiss blue topaz and surrounded by Si1 / Si2 clarity H/J color diamonds that come with approximately 1.75 carats. 

The ring is a size 6.75 and weighs a total of 13.9 grams. The ring measures 28mm x 25mm and stands about 10.5mm high off of the finger.
