This high-dome, oval moonstone is transparent, with a strong, shimmery blue flash that shifts with movement. It is held in sixteen tapering, claw-like prongs, and surrounded by a glittering halo of sixteen old mine cut diamonds. These charming old diamonds are also mounted in prongs, where they rest atop the ring's pierced, crown-like gallery. The ring shank is split and the shoulder, and it tapers toward the base.
