This classic set of clip on hoops is by Bergere. The flat, silver-tone hoops taper from ¼” W to approximately 3/8” W and back to ¼” W. They measure approximately 1” in diameter. Simple, but always in style. The earrings are signed bergere in lower case letters on the hinge back clips. They are in excellent vintage  condition.
